If something isn’t right, our team is here to help and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:
The item is unused
The item is in its original packaging
All accessories and manuals are included
The product is not damaged due to misuse
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please provide photos or videos for faster resolution.
How to Start a Return
All returns must be approved before sending anything back.

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps.
Return Address & Instructions
Because we work with multiple international fulfillment partners, the appropriate return address will be provided after your request is approved.
You will receive:
An authorized return address
Return instructions
A return authorization (RMA), when applicable
Returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
For most returns, the estimated return shipping cost is approximately USD $10, depending on your location and shipping carrier.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items will be inspected upon arrival.
To qualify for a refund, items should be:
In original condition
In original packaging (when possible)
Items showing signs of misuse or damage may not be eligible for a full refund.
Minor handling consistent with normal inspection will not automatically disqualify a return.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
You will receive an email confirmation
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3–20 business days for the amount to appear.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Provide clear photos or videos
We will review your case and offer a fair solution, which may include:
Replacement
Full refund
Partial refund
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Consumables
Personal care items
Used items
Items without original packaging
Clearance or final sale items

Return Shipping Recommendations
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
While we are not responsible for items lost in transit without tracking, we will do our best to assist if proof of shipment is provided.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours, provided they have not yet been processed.
